Ann Marie DeAngelo invites you to peek inside DeAngelo Dance Projects - "creating a platform for artists to collaborate and share." You will be entertained by an excerpt of IN THE MIX! and Cynthia Gregory will be on hand to share her coaching project.

IN THE MIX! is a dance for a new age, a work that juxtaposes styles and crosses boundaries, incorporating ballet, jazz, tap,
social dance, gymnastics, circus arts, martial arts and live music.
The show is intimate in its focus, centering around personal stories.
It is slated for the 2009-2010 performing season. A few of the participating artists presenting material include Hip Hop pioneer
Mr. Wiggles, tap wizard Samuel Jason Smith,
and former Cirque du Soleil artists Sara Joel and Kevin Gibbs.
Mission:
• to perpetuate the appreciation of dance
• to develop the public’s understanding of dance through
workshops and other forums
• to produce and present multi-disciplinary dance events to the general public
• to develop new projects from emerging and established artists
• to provide a forum for interaction between those who are
well-versed in dance and those who are not.
