Divine Rhythm Productions was founded by Elka Samuels Smith and Jason Samuels Smith in 1999 out of a demand that existed, for a progressive and forthright  agency that can meet the business needs of Professional Tap Dancers, Performers, Choreographers, and Musicians worldwide.

Our purpose is to empower the artist with support in the areas of management, public relations, production, marketing and promotions, and consultant services while maintaining their own creative freedom.

We strive to elevate the Original American Art Form of Tap Dance and Music by implementing  various methods to educate the mainstream about its past through the innovation of its present. We offer a free newsletter service for the dance and music community in the effort to annouce news and events and help keep lines of communication open. Anyone can subscribe free of charge.

In 2001, the company expanded to offer services to dancers in other styles such as Jazz, African, Salsa, Hip Hop, Swing, Afro-Brazilian, and Clogging among others. Professional dancers and musicians from all genres can be contracted for work through this agency.
